History


Glenwood Beer was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1961. Today, it is owned and operated by James E. Mantyla, Michael Green and John E. It has grown from a small neighborhood beverage distributor to become the largest alcoholic beverage distributor in Northwest Pennsylvania and is currently serving sixteen Pennsylvania counties. Its primary business is the wholesale di

stribution and sale of malt brewed products. It currently markets the products of a number of major suppliers, i.e. Miller Brewing Co., Coors Brewing Co., High Falls Brewing, Pabst Brewing Co., and others.
