Dans ce dialogue esthétique exclusif, le vin Cyrhus s’unit à la Collection Caldera de Lalique. Tout comme la caldera est un réceptacle né du feu volcanique et des secrets de la Terre, chaque flacon de Cyrhus est un témoignage du soleil, du sol et de l’héritage d’un empire.

Le cristal satiné, gravé du délicat motif de craquelures évoquant le perpétuel renouveau de la terre, accueille l’âme profonde et obsidienne de notre nectar. L’un est un hommage à la nature minérale ; l’autre, une célébration liquide du Grand Roi.

Wine has the power to transcend borders, but sometimes, it also carries the weight of memory and resistance. 🍷🕊️
Last Thursday, at the prestigious in London, we shared much more than just a glass of wine. It was a moment of profound exchange, emotion, and hope during our « Wine Without Borders » evening.
I was incredibly honored to introduce Cyrhus to this knowledgeable audience. Cyrhus is not just a wine; it is the revival of an ancient Persian winemaking tradition, reborn on French soil. It is a bridge between the Zagros Mountains and Bordeaux, a testament that culture cannot be silenced.
But beyond the notes and the tasting, the most important message of the night was displayed on the screen behind me: Don’t stop talking about Iran.
For us, winemaking is an act of resilience. Keeping this history alive is our way of standing with those who cannot speak.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, and a special gratitude to Richard Bampfield MW
for your presence, your support, and for sharing the history of Cyrhus with such passion.

There are suspended moments in life. ⏳
Instants when you realize that the path traveled had a meaning far beyond what you imagined.
Originally, was an act of resistance. Coming from a world shaped by medicine and Artificial Intelligence, I sought to restore meaning, to slow down.
It guided me toward that rare alchemy where wine becomes language.
🍷 To see Cyrhus join the menu at today is a profound emotion.
This encounter is the fruit of sincere open-mindedness. that of the Sommelier, who welcomed Cyrhus with rare sensitivity, and that of Chef , whose cuisine tells the story of the world.
When his spices from Cameroon converse with Cyrhus, something profound is created. A dialogue between cultures. A vibration.
In times when many doubt the role of innovation and the human touch, this reminds us that there is a path of excellence where our heritage and our audacity have their place.

Il y a, dans la vie, des moments suspendus. ⏳
Des instants où l’on comprend que le chemin parcouru avait un sens bien au delà de ce que l’on imaginait.
À l’origine, Cyrhus était un acte de résistance. Issu d’un monde façonné par la médecine et l’IA, je cherchais à redonner du sens. Mais finalement, c’est Cyrhus qui m’a transformé. Il m’a conduit vers cette alchimie rare où le vin devient langage.
🍷 Voir aujourd’hui Cyrhus entrer dans la carte du est une immense émotion.
Cette rencontre est le fruit d’une ouverture d’esprit sincère. Celle de , qui a accueilli Cyrhus avec une sensibilité rare, et celle du Chef , dont la cuisine raconte le monde.
Quand ses épices venues du Cameroun dialoguent avec Cyrhus, quelque chose de profond se crée. Une conversation entre les cultures. Une évidence.
À une époque où l’on doute parfois, ces rencontres rappellent qu’il existe un chemin d’excellence où nos héritages et nos audaces ont toute leur place.

I am deeply proud and moved to introduce the book by Laure Gasparotto, one of the world’s most gifted voices in the realm of wine. She has chosen Cyrhus, and the story of my family, as a way to illuminate the depth of our ancient culture.

Beyond the ruins we so often contemplate, there lies the living task of rebuilding—step by step—the fabric of our heritage and identity: rediscovering Persian blue in jewels and precious stones, restoring a free and central place for women, and reviving the pleasures of wine, of music, of beauty itself.

Every step matters.

Thank you, Laure, for this luminous work. You have captured the essence of a culture that carries both memory and rebirth.

Here is the publisher’s presentation of the book. Laure Gasparotto offers us an incredible story about the invention of wine: in Persia, today’s Iran, where a unique art of winemaking developed in a sunny climate, in terracotta amphorae, before being banned by Islam, and also, little by little, a poetic art embodied by Hafez or Khayyam in his Rubayat... This evocation is possible thanks to the encounter with the extraordinary Makaremi family, exiled in France: Masrour, a doctor in neuroscience and a physician, created a unique « Cyrhus » near Bergerac, a small dream plot of Persia in our country. Like a thread through time, this aroma, this liqueur transports us and teaches us.
