Why weighing your coffee is important?
1st, you don’t want coffee that’s too diluted, do you? or maybe too strong? The way you know the right ratio is by measuring your coffee and the water.
2. You want that consistency of great coffee all the time.
3. If you’re new to specialty coffee, you want to find out what’s the coffee ratio you like. For your experiment, you need a scale.

Roughly 2 years ago, we saw a coffee-making robot at Metreon, downtown San Francisco. While it was fun to watch, the instant coffee it made was meh.
Now, there’s a newer barista robot with supposedly better skill in making pour over coffee from freshly ground coffee. We are intrigued!
