This new sauce is so good!

Is it a dip, a sauce, a jam, a condiment? 🧐

You’ll have to decide after you taste this yet to be named fruity mash up, featuring the perfect pairing of sugar rush peach and red Fresno peppers! 🌶️

These floraly fruity and complex peppers dance in a sweet, sticky pot of caramelized onion, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, orange bitters, rosemary, thyme, allspice and the delightfully mellow marriage of local Balderson golden berries and Niagara peaches soaked in orange/lime juice and apple cider vinegar 🥵🤤🔥

The heat level comes in at a hot medium, with a pleasantly fruit and acid finish that will tickle and teach your toung to love the spice!

The extra mild fall continues and we are not complaining! 🌶️💚🧑‍🌾😎

Come on down to our farm stand on concession 8 a In balderson, outside of our greenhouses today for our big organic squash sale!

You pick any combination of any squash and build a bushel for only 40.00? Sounds like a deal! 😀

Big ones? Gottem! Small? Got em! Oddly shaped? Too many to count! 😀

We also still have lots of great looking peppers, beets, and carrots as well as our farm fresh inspired hot sauces and golden berries! 😀
