Ingredients
• Full-fat milk – 4 liters

Method

1️⃣ Heat milk to about 85°C (do not boil).
2️⃣ Turn off heat, add vinegar. Stir gently.
3️⃣ Let sit 5–10 minutes until curds form.
4️⃣ Strain through cheesecloth.

For stretchy mozzarella, use rennet method (more professional).

Homemade Cream Cheese

Keep covered to stay soft.

Each recipe makes about 2 medium jars.

Guava Jam

Ingredients
• 1 kg ripe guava (chopped)
• 750 g sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ cup water

Method
1. Boil guava with water until soft (10–15 minutes).
2. Mash well and strain to remove seeds.
3. Return pulp to pan and add sugar.
4. Cook on medium heat, stirring.
5. Add lemon juice.
6. Cook 30–35 minutes until thick.
7. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

Passion Fruit Jam

Ingredients
• 1 kg passion fruit pulp
• 800 g sugar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
1. Scoop out pulp (strain half if you prefer fewer seeds).
2. Mix pulp and sugar in pan.
3. Cook on medium heat.
4. Add lemon juice.
5. Cook 25–30 minutes until glossy and thick.
6. Jar while hot.

Jackfruit Jam

Ingredients
• 1 kg ripe jackfruit (chopped)

Method

Mixed greens
Avocado, diced
Hard-boiled eggs

Instructions
Prep the base
Add mixed greens to a large bowl.
