This is how you use canned soup you don't like. I browned some onion in butter in the bottom of my pot. Added one box of chicken stock, a large can of chicken, a few potatoes, chopped carrots, and a can of corn. You can add celery if you have it. I had dried celery leaves I saved from a stalk that I had used. Popped in some parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Then added 2 cans of a creamy pot pie variety of canned soup. Measure with your heart and pick whatever veg combination you prefer. Season to taste. This meal was super quick and delicious on a cold night.
