I hosted my first FB cooking class tonight! We made lemon dilly chicken, potatoes, and brussel sprouts!

Lemon Dilly One Steamer Meal: Add diced chicken, brussel sprouts, and potatoes to large steamer. Add juice from 1 lemon, 1 Tbsp Lemon Dilly, 1 tsp Garlic Aioli, and salt to taste. Microwave for 7-10 minutes or until chicken and potatoes are done.

Happy Saturday everyone! I'm running my first cooking class on Tuesday and wanted to test some of the food beforehand. As expected, it was delicious!

Chicken Souvlaki: Put diced chicken, cut peppers and onions, 2 Tbs Souvlaki seasoning, and juice from half a lemon in the multipurpose steamer. Microwave for 7-9 minutes. Serve with lemon dilly dip.
