Homemade liver sausage
No one will remain indifferent!

Ingredients
- liver-500 gr.
- eggs-3-4 PCs.
- fat-200-300 gr.
- flour-10 tbsp.
- salt, black pepper
- garlic-4-5 cloves

Preparation
The fat is divided into two parts, one is put in the freezer, the other part with the liver is passed through a meat grinder or crushed in a blender.
The fat that was removed, we take out, cut into small pieces and add to the liver mince. Salt and pepper.
Add eggs, crushed garlic, flour. Mix well.
The resulting mass is spread in a plastic bag. We tie the package on both sides with threads and put it in the package. Tie.
Put the bags in a pan, fill with cold water, put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 1 hour on a low heat.
We take the finished sausage out of the pan, cool it, and remove the packages. We cut and served to the table.

POTATO CASSEROLE WITH MINCED MEAT.
No one will leave without a Supplement! 😉

Ingredients:
● 5-6 potatoes,
● 500 grams of meat,
● bulb
● 3 eggs,
● some cheese,
● fresh herbs.

Wash, peel and cook the potatoes until tender. Make a good puree by adding butter, a little milk and one raw egg to the potatoes. Cut the onion into smaller pieces and fry it. Add the minced meat to the onion and fry well, almost until ready. Put ½ of the mashed potatoes in a baking dish and flatten.

Put the minced meat on the mashed potatoes. On top of the minced meat, the second part of the mashed potatoes.
Beat 2 eggs (you can add a little cream) and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

- flour- !1! 2 cups,
- vegetable oil-3 tablespoons,
- salt-0.5 tsp.

For the filling:
- 1 can of canned mackerel and
- a bunch of green onions.
