Need dinner tonight? We have a small batch of chicken pupusas cooked fresh just now!
If you are unfamiliar with pupusas, they are essentially like stuffed tamale pancakes, and boy are they delicious!

We are selling them $5 each or $25 for six- both options including delicious curtido to accompany them. We are located just inside the front gate on the main road so they can easily be picked up on your way home! Comment or shoot me a message if you'd like some!

Hello folks! We have barbacoa chicken pupusas available for pick-up, being made fresh Tuesday night!! They are SO DELICIOUS! 😋 We sell out pretty fast, so reach out for yours! 🥰

*$15 for a plate of six.
*Toppings in photo are not included, but rather a suggestion. Here, we used cilantro lime crema, a sprig of cilantro, and fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Hey folks! Do you like our tamales? Well we have a new treat for you today! We have pupusas available for pickup if you would like some! If you aren't familiar, they are very similar to a tamale but a different shape. This is the same delicious masa that we use in our tamales, stuffed with slow marinated chicken verde. They can be eaten plain or topped with your favorite goodies like salsa, cilantro, cotija cheese or whatever else your heart desires!

* $15 for a plate of six.
* We are located just inside the front gate of Clearwood and pick up is available from our home for those with access, or we can meet you at the gate for those without.

They are made in small batches and we have a limited number available, so please reach out if you are interested!

Ready for something just a little different then our standard tamales? If you like our chicken tamales you will love these also! Today we have pupusas for sale! Guess what we made last night folks?! We have for you, delicious slow simmered pork in a Homemade Red Chili Sauce wrapped in a tender and moist flavorful masa. Only 3 dozen left! Get them before they're gone!

Hi folks! Guess what?! We have a few dozen tamales available just in time for Christmas! Chef is still awaiting surgery on his hand, but with a little help from the rest of us, we still were able to make some deliciousness for y'all!

Supply costs have risen since last year, so they are $25 per dozen this year. We currently have 3 dozen beef and 2 dozen chicken available. Feel free to PM to make them yours! 😊
