先日種まきした人参🥕とルッコラ🌱無事に発芽しました。
普段あまり見ることがない野菜たちのお花「ニラ」「ニンジン」「バタフライピー」
バタフライピーは「蝶豆」とも呼ばれていまして、その花は青い蝶のように見えます。
青色は天然着色料としても使われます。
青色にライムやレモン果汁を加えると綺麗な紫色に変わります。
これから秋植えの準備。
