Scullery Made Tea www.scullerymade.org Scullery Made Teas have a dedicated following by those in the know, when it comes to what is worthy of the pot. A Balanced Blend..

Dividing her time between freelance food writing and styling in Sydney and the restaurant she co-owns in Bangkok, Cherie Hausler made a ‘tea change’ to include the Barossa Valley when she decided the only way to balance her food-filled life was to add an organic veggie patch and some chooks into the mix. Juggling the renovation of a 160 year old bluestone farm house in the Barossa, amongst designing menus and the odd TV show, has given Cherie the perfect fresh air and open country base to grow and collect seasonal fruits and herbs to hand blend for her tea range. Just a heads up, the Scullery will have its hatch door closed while I’m in Bangkok next month so if you’d like tea - retail or wholesale - please order before October 4th.
Otherwise I’ll be back blending by October 25th. That might just be an unreasonable time to wait for your next pot of tea though!! Head to scullerymadetea.com to order.
Thanks so much for flying the ‘proper tea’ flag!

Special guest announcement! We have the especially brilliant Emma Galloway from Emma Galloway • Chef + Author joining us for a Christmas workshop in celebration of her latest cookbook, Thyme to Cook. This is the first time Emma has been to South Australia, and it’s Christmas - what a happy coincidence! Nibbling on nourishing Summer fare, chatting with Emma and drinking tea in the Stables Kitchen here in the Barossa makes sense as a delicious and peaceful lead in to the season before it gets silly. Tickets are available via allthethings.com.au or via link in IG profile. And of course Rachael Vintage Carousel will have the most gorgeous bespoke collection of vintage wares to help out with gift giving, even if that’s just for yourself! We’re really looking forward to seeing you there on Sunday November 1st.

2 TICKETS LEFT! The final Sunday Lunch Workshop happening on August 30th here in the Barossa, will be the first time I’ve ever taught how to make my raw tarts. There will be tips shared! Plus, how to make spelt dumplings - it’s going to be a beautiful way to wrap up this Winter series of lunches. Hope you can join us, it’s always such a great get together. Tickets available via www.allthethings.com.au or via link in profile.
