Well, I managed to tear myself away from this beautiful beach to come back to good old Carrick and think about cooking again. Just considering dates for the next menu. Please let me know if you have any preference between 24 and 31 August.

Gazpacho is served ice cold in Spain as a summer soup. I'm aware this isn't appealing to everyone, so you have the choice with this menu to serve it as a dip alongside your focaccia. Or if you're feeling brave and you want to be authentic, you can pour it into a shot glass straight from the fridge and down it in one 🍅🥒🫑🧄

The Mediterranean Afternoon Tea will feature the return of a La Mesa favourite - chorizo jam 😋 This will be the perfect accompaniment to paprika and manchego scones.
Celebrate the end of term and get in the mood for (hopefully!) some warmer weather with our Mediterranean Afternoon Tea coming this Friday. With elements inspired by Spanish, Italian and Greek cuisine, it's a perfect start to summer. What's your favourite Mediterranean dish?

Tapas menus are always a bit of a marathon with so many components but I hope all this evening's customers thoroughly enjoy their trip to Andalucía. March is a busy month so no menu planned but will see you soon after.
