Below are our policies for placing an order:

Any major quantity changes must be made no later than two weeks prior to delivery date. Any design changes must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to delivery date. Full payment is due at the time of booking - this confirms your booking. If the order is canceled no later than two weeks prior to delivery date, a 50% refund will be issued. Once payment

is received we will lock in your delivery date and move forward with booking/design. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to let us know. We look forward to working with you and your ideas!
