Reintroducing myself to the new faces and everyone else. Hello, My name is Ericka the owner of Ericka’s Sweet Creations LLC. I provide custom cakes, American and Dominican, cupcakes, desserts and custom treats for your special occasion. I am a mother of three, a wife, and full time a Baking and Pastry student pursuing my A.A.S degree. Ever since I was a little girl I had a passion for cakes and desserts. I just love sweets! Lol. I started my business almost 2 years ago during the pandemic. I created an IG page so I can practice and share my work, but then family and friends started requesting orders and my business took off from there. A month later I got laid off from my full time job in the medical field. I seen this a sign to go ahead and achieve my goals. I decided to go from part time to a full time student in my Culinary Baking classes. Most of the things that I know and do in this business is pretty much self taught. I watch so many Youtube videos and did a lot of research. 🤦🏽‍♀️Is a work in progress and I am still learning to get where I want to be with my business. I love cake decorating and seeing the final results, but another thing that I love is when a customer picks up a cake then send me messages on how much they love it. I want to keep this intro short , so I hope you guys enjoying my beautiful creations just as much as I do. If you just started following me or been with me since I started this journey I hope that you can stick around to see everything that I have planned come to live.
