SWFL Food Critics Our goal is to bring you honest food reviews from the SWFL area!! Service is very important and we will never sugar coat the truth!

We have been in the food industry for many years as a professional chef and manager and most important Food Lovers! We go to restaurants unannounced, pay for our own meals and never accept favors from restaurateurs. We have been eating around SWFL for years now and always like to pick apart the restaurant every time we go out and thought that we should share the fun! We hope that our critic's will

help you find some great places to eat!! We will take pictures, provide links and websites to all the locations we visit and we will include links to other food critic reviews when avail. We will also be interviewing (by phone so we can keep our identities secret) local chefs, and restaurant owners about food, restaurants, and recipes.
