Just finished a week gig Burythorpe House Hotel & Wedding Venue
I'd like to say a massive thank you and congratulations to Alison and the team for running such a nice country hotel. They are welcoming and wonderful people working hard in a beautiful Georgian mansion house using local suppliers to provide the best produce to it's guests. Would highly recommend this place for a visit for buisness or pleasure. Well done ladies !

Spent the last couple of days cooking for members of the . Queens dressers, Princesses chauffer's and bodyguards.
Thankfully it all went well and everybody enjoyed their stay.
Thankfully the was a success and I managed not to be charged with treason for giving the Queens food poisoning or anything else newsworthy and everybody left happy.

Morning.
After getting back from 5 days in Northumberland. Less than 12 hours later I'm heading to the North York moors for 6 days.
The amazing thing about being a freelance chef is also one of the bad. All that travel!
Although it does mean we get to see some cool stuff along the way. Learning something every new gig, meeting new people and seeing new places. It's a long road, but one with a great view!
