Batch 1 results and finished article. Pastrami and Salt beef bagel/on rye with Reuben style finish. A lot of improvements we can make but batch 2 will be ready to go to market in a month

Pastrami has been enjoying our signature brine for two weeks now. Looking on point and ready for the 24 hour sous vide at the weekend and the inaugural smoke Sunday. We are aiming to hit the food markets around Manchester for the Autumn
