已有二十多年歷史的「香熱滷菜」在現今滷味店如雨後春筍的開業，並媽媽所留下來的好味道；對老闆來講，這是一種傳承，也是未來對家、對攤販滷菜愛用者的責任，這也是「香熱滷菜」至今仍毅力不搖的原因。老闆保留了媽媽留下的滷汁秘方，及遵守爸爸對各項食材滷製過程的嚴格堅持，樣樣食材都精心嚴選，並重複將食材滷了兩三次以上，讓滷汁更入味，這樣的堅持下，滷出了老少均讚不絕口的好味道。
