Ever tried Missi roti with gatte ka saag?

But ever tried gatte with palak and spices..?

Here is something that I am presenting to you'all

A Rajasthani Taco
Base : Missi roti
Filling : gatte or gram flour dumplings with spicy spinach preperation
Sauce : Kachri ki chutney
Caramalised onions
Garnish : Coriander

This dish is inspired from my love for gatte ka saag but i wanted to do something else and not use yoghurt in the recipe so I tried gatte with spinach and it turned out really amazing.

The sauce is cooked in authentic Rajasthani style with kachri ( a berry that is used widely in Rajasthan and is also a good tenderizer for meat, gives a sour flavour to dish) but this chutney is a combination of sweet and sour.

To finish this dish I have used caramalized onions and coriander.
