WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
I am Nagwa, my friends call me “an exceptional home baker”, and that’s how the idea of “Chez Noga”, for homemade cakes, was born. I started baking delicious cakes for my friends, but the cakes tasted so good they were soon over run with their encouragement to start my own business. My bedroom became an office, the kitchen was professionally equipped, and my car became the delivery van!
Whilst original recipes are still used for some of our best-loved cakes, I am working on dedicating time and efforts to develop new and incredible creations. The new bakes range from traditional to cutting edge but are always handmade and incredibly tasty.
ARE THEY REALLY HOMEMADE?
Yes! My kitchen is full of familiar kitchen tools, but on a larger scale in respect of baking stencils, allowing me to hand make all of the cakes for that genuine look and taste. All cakes are scratch-baked (no cake mixes) using high quality, trusted ingredients. I don’t add artificial preservatives or colors and I don’t use fats that have been hydrogenated or things that have had their genes tampered with. I only use free-range eggs.
