Hello my lovelies!

Salisbury steak meatballs

You’ll need:

1 bag frozen meatballs (26oz)
2 cups beef broth
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
2 tbsp ketchup or tomato paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cold water

Create:

Spray the inside of the slow cooker insert with non stick cooking spray, dump the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl combine the beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup or tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce, mix together.
Pour all over the meatballs and stir to coat.
Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6 hours.
Make sure to stir every so often.
When it’s done cooking mix together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir.
Pour onto the meatballs and stir until everything is mixed together.
Serve the meatballs over a yummy bed of mashed potatoes or egg noodles!
Chopped parsley on top is optional.

Hello my lovelies!

Cheesy ranch chicken

You’ll need:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
8 oz cream cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon (optional)
Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
S&P

Create:

Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and cream of chicken soup until mostly smooth.
Spread the mixture over the chicken evenly.
Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, s&p over the top.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and shreds easily.
About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken in the pot and stir well.
If using, stir in cheddar cheese and bacon until melted and combined.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions or parsley over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
