Rainsoft reverse osmosis system serviced in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire. The filters were replaced, the holding tank was sanitised and pumped up to the correct pressure. The water quality was reading 20 TDS, which was excellent.

This Nitrate removal system is ready to be serviced. The control valves are Clack WS1. The valves will be stripped down and any parts that need to be replaced will be fitted. After the service repairs are carried out the units will be put into a regeneration cycle and tested.

We had a call from a Company in Peterborough. They told us that they had a new water softening system installed 5 weeks ago. They also informed us that they had not used any salt, and the water was testing hard. The WS2 Clack commercial Duplex water softener feeds a steam boiler and other washing facilities on a constant basis. The first thing that was carried out was a check of the data entered into the microprocessors, this was found to be totally incorrect for this duplex water softener system. After programming the correct data into both A and B softener program controllers, a complete regeneration cycle was started. Everything was working OK, but still tested hard at the sample valve. Next l looked at the salt tank and found that there was an internal platform that was stopping the salt from coming into contact with the water. All of these things should have been checked when the water softener was installed. I have found this to be a common problem when water softeners are purchased online.

Had a call from a company in Thetford regarding a problem they had with their water softening systems. One of the industrial duplex water softener systems was regenerating. The drain line connection snapped off of the Siata 360 valve, this caused salty water to pump all over the Aquacubic microprocesosr. I replaced the the damaged Aquacubic microprocessor with a SFE-EV Pro unit. After the leak had been repaired. All of the Industrial duplex water softeners are now producing softwater again.

We had a call from a wealthy business man in Hertfordshire. We wanted the top of the range whole house water purification system, so we carried out his wishes. The purification system provided excellent quality water through out the whole house.

We had a service call to a company in Hertfordshire that had a leaking Kinetico 2030s Mach water softener. The resin media vessel was changed for a new one. Job done

New Commercial water softener installed in Northamptonshire. The old Fleck 2750 water softener was removed, because it could not produce enough soft water to prevent hard water lime scale from forming in the hot water cylinder.

Photos of the Fleck 2750 SE and the Fleck 2750 Ecconominder and the Fleck 9000 Duplex water softener. I supply and service these units at Tesco.
They prevent limescale from forming in the hot water cylinder and pipework by softening the water.

This is Aquamasters top selling Non Electric Block Salt Water Softener. It really is a great compact water softener, as it can fit under most kitchen sink units. The 2 blocks of salt that you can see in the photo just simply slot into the front of the unit. No more heavy sacks of salt tablets to worry about. The benefit of a non electric water softener is that you don't have to worry about power cuts and there are no programmers to setup or fiddle with.
