Inch Valley Preserves Our boutique company produces a wide range of hand crafted preserves including Jams, jellies, relishes, chutneys, sauces, mustards, curds and pastes.

We welcome visitors to our tasting area to try samples and learn more about us. Our property is over 100 years old and has an orchard with apples, pears, plums, peaches, grapes, crab apples, red and black currants, gooseberries, rhubarb, etc. Our friends and neighbours also supply us with their surplus, including fantastic free range eggs. Lemons, figs and shallots are grown in Blenheim. No artificial preservatives or other additives are used.
