About the Role:
•Oversee daily operations including staff, inventory, and finances
•Maintain high product and customer service standards
•Lead, mentor, and support the team
•Build strong relationships with suppliers and the local community
•Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
About You:
•Minimum 2 years’ management experience in hospitality or retail
