arate their ciders from the mass-market brands produced by the large brewers and cider companies. Their Pinot Grigio Hard Apple Cider is produced using 15% California Pinot Grigio with their freshly fermented apple cider, adding a unique dimension of flavor complexity, body and food compatibility.
