Simple Gluten Free & Dairy Free Chocolate Cake
100g GF DF Margarine
2/3 cup of sugar
1/2 cup plant based milk (I used soy)
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 cup GF Self Raising Flour
2 tablespoons Cacao
Oven 180°C
Grease and Line 20cm x 20cm square pan.
Melt Margarine, add sugar and mix well.
Add Plant Based milk, eggs and vanilla essence mix again.
Add SR Flour and Cacao mix well and make sure the dry ingredients are combined.
Pour mix into the baking pan, bake for 30 to 35 mins. Insert a skewer into the centre of cake to make sure it.is cooked through.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn onto a cake cooler.
Cut when cold. Store in an airtight container.
