Let’s all, together, create the ultimate WFPB cookbook so more people can enjoy this healthy and fascinating food! Until two years ago when I discovered plants. My fascination for plant-based food grew. My family started eating a Whole Food Plant Based diet, known as
WFPB. Miracles happened. Even someone who is really close to my got the cancer counts down… You might understand I am now convinced: more people should know about WFPB food. But the change to this diet isn’t easy…
The truth is though: it can be quite hard to start cooking like this. I mean: no dairy products, no meat, no fish, no eggs, no refined sugars, no refined products, no fats. Basically you’re left with everything you get directly form Mother Nature. To help everybody who wants to eat more WFPB food, I am producing a whole food plant based (community based) cookbook. Inspiration for those who already know the ins and outs of this food, eye-openers for those who still think WFPB’ers only eat raw carrots. Most recipe books have a hundred recipes or so that usually take forever to make and that is why you would usually use it for special occasion or if guests are coming over. The purpose of this cookbook is not to have just a few difficult recipes but a couple of hundred recipes that you could easily make on a regular evening. Simple and doable daily recipes that make you feel good. This is where I need YOUR help! I need your special recipes, together with a picture of how you served it to your family. No stock photo’s, no Photoshop. Honest pictures of honest recipes. I’m not making this cookbook to make a financial profit. I am making this cookbook so that people can profit with their health. At first it will be an eBook and it will cost almost nothing (just one or two dollars just to cover design costs). I need to get as many recipes as possible. Just saying: you will be part of one of the biggest WFPB eBooks ever made ;)
