I’m Niko Tähti, 25 years old executive chef from Finland. My background includes working as a kitchen manager, a Chef De Partie, Chef De Commis of garde manger, patissier, saucier and rotisseur. Now I am working as an executive chef at the Embassy of Finland in Budapest.

I have been working abroad in UK, Lebanon and Hong Kong, and I have extensive working experience from different types of restaurants, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with different types of persons. I am very ambitious and I always want to develop. I am creative and I own good skills of different cooking techniques.

I’m passionated for Nordic food and I like to make modern style of food still respecting raw materials - "Pure, powerful and honest flavours."
