Our objective is to preserve and relive the culinary delight of Bangladeshi food, be it veg or non-veg in its most authentic form and taste. Contrary to the most common idea that Bangladeshi food is all about fish, it’s our endeavour to reintroduce the Bangladesh as well as the West Bengal to the plethora of vegetarian Bengali dishes and it’s a heritage which we just cannot afford to lose. At a micro level, we want our daughter not to miss any of it which we as her parents got the chance to enjoy.
