Over the past twenty years, I have developed my passion for cooking and sharing that passion with others. My style is eclectic as I have traveled to Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean to expand my cooking knowledge. During my travels and my quest to

discover new methods and ingredients… one theme was consistent in every country. It is possible to prepare delicious meals with fresh ingredients and without having to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. also teaching others how to bring their family back to their dinner table.
