Gonna be saving up for a proper grooming stand for shearing the sheep.

This is Tulip, she's a Columbia x Rambouillet mix. She's has beautiful soft fleece with loads of crimp to it.

Whelp, I accomplished my first ever shearing today! Used one of our wood stanchions, so was unable to do her head and neck, hubby will finish her head, neck, legs new Zealand style when he has time.

She looks like a goofy black lion with no tail right now, She's gonna be so much more comfortable though!

Included a "before" photo, and will post later an updated "after" when she's truly finished up. Haha!

This ewe cracks me up. Rosebud is a romney/suffolk/shetland mix. She's daintier, like a shetland, but all fluff like a Romney. She's got a fantastic afro too!

She was a rescue we got as a baby last year. I do love that, despite the afro, she has no wool on her face or legs. All the wool is on her main body and neck.

She'll be having her first shearing very soon and im excited to get my hands on it!

One of triplets

He might have moonspots, but can't say for sure because he has so much white overlay. What really stands out to me is his super long body supported by a strong topline. Hes built very solid like his dam, but got his sires strong chine and length of bone pattern.

His has a socked on udder with lovely texture and big orifices, and of course great milk stand manners (she was one of those that didn't need any training before her first kidding, she just jumped on the stand after kidding and let us milk her). She also has her 3*P milk award designation!

Sires dam is a Virtual Master Champion with *P, she's retired now but did very well in live shows as well (even earning Best Doe in Show).

Located Woodland, WA
Can be picked up from the goat show in Longview, WA on June 6th, as he'll be 8 weeks old then, or later is fine too.

Show is on! Woo-hoo! We had such a great time experiencing the Specialty classes for the first time last year, this is a very fun, family friendly event. We bring our kiddos to show their goats and they look forward to it every year!

Our next show is happening in Longview, WA on June 6th, 2026! We'll have Showmanship class the night before, and we're including "Specialty" classes after the Senior Does Grand Champion has been selected.
