We are so fortunate to have our very own creative culinary team right on property to plan and prepare amazingly fun public and member events. This weekend we had the pleasure of hosting this great Italian family summer supper that included Antipasto Skewers, Calamari Salad, Baked Clams with White Wine and Garlic and Arancini Balls with our Zesty Marinara Dipping Sauce - ABBONDANZA!

Love hearing back from our clients!!!

I want to thank you for a truly outstanding job for our Holiday Party. Everyone liked the food selection and a lot of people commented on how much they like the Baked Brie. One lady was trying to find out how it was made. Don't know if she got the recipe or not. The table decorations were very nice and all the crew members that you had did an excellent job. They were all very nice and friendly. Please thank them for a wonderful job on our behalf.I appreciate you packing up the leftover food so that we could donate it to a local shelter. I am sure they will enjoy it as much as we did.We look forward to using you again next year. The date for next year party is Friday, December the 2nd. .Again, thank you for a great job.
