r friends, the season and the book you can’t put down; wine as a place to pour all you are into. is a culmination of my time spent between the vines, first at Margaret River’s iconic Leeuwin and Voyager Estate wineries, and finally back on Victorian terroir at Lindsay McCall’s Paringa Estate. For me, the Mornington Peninsula is a place of heart and home soil, and it’s from here your wine is made with unwavering devotion. So, without further ado, I present the first vintage of Rorschach Wine Co.—Pinot Noir, Pinto Gris and Chardonnay. Varietals we hope represent the region with purity, passion and finesse.
