We Did It – Great Taste Award 2025! 🏆
I am humbled and overjoyed to share that Nourish by Chef Sumith has been honoured with a Great Taste Award 2025 – one of the most respected and prestigious food accolades in the world.
For those who may not know, the Great Taste Awards are often called “the Oscars of the food world.” Judged blind by hundreds of chefs, critics, food writers, and buyers, they celebrate nothing but flavour and quality – with entries from more than 100 countries. To be recognised among the very best is a truly incredible moment for us.
This journey has been anything but easy. It has been touching, challenging, and deeply personal – filled with joy but also sacrifices. There were times I missed precious moments with my children and family, and my social life often took a backseat. But through it all, we stayed focused on our dream: to create honest, authentic Indian food, with no colourings, no additives, and no compromises. Today, that dream feels even more alive.
I owe this milestone to so many people.
