Southard Farm Long Wools Southard Farm Long Wools is a small fiber farm nestled in the hills of the Missouri Ozarks. Farm life evolves around a flock of long wool sheep and their fiber.

The shepherdess hand processes each fleece. We only sell our products locally.

Some of my favorite fleeces are our Lincoln BFL cross fleeces.
Bred from our foundation Lincoln ewes of Molly(deceased) and Woolamina(our oldest Lincoln ewe of 14)to our late BFL ram Jerry.
We have their daughters and granddaughters, Whoopi and Winter from Woolamina. Mira from Molly and Mira's daughters Esther and Ginger. Easy peasy to wash, open flowy locks to process and long length to spin.
