Some of our favorite orders to put together are for customers who just need a couple pounds of steaks for the weekend... or a few pounds of ground beef for a weeknight dinner.

We love helping families stock up their freezers with big bulk orders - whether that's half of a cow or a restock on ground beef and some steaks.

The best part? You don't have to always commit to a whole or half a beef to enjoy locally raised beef! We offer USDA individual cuts, so you can mix and match cuts to get exactly what you want.

The Taste of the Valley event was a huge success today! 🎉

Congratulations to Ray Sanford, the winner of our raffle basket. After tallying all of the donations, the total value came to $411—thank you to everyone who contributed such generous items.
