And just like that...it's JUNE!

Mad May was definitely MAD, and I apologise for not being very present on social media!

I am pleased to say that I completed the month with a visit to my happy place...which is anywhere by the sea....this time it was Solva in Wales.

So now back to it!

This weekend I have Wolverhampton on Friday on Dudley St, and Bridgnorth Sunday Handmade Market on Sunday (where Bridgnorth Arts Trail will be entering it's second day).

I have two visits to Local to Ludlow Producers Market on the 11th & 25th of the month.

Pleased to be back at Cleobury Mortimer Farmers Market on the 20th, and finally a trip over to Uttoxeter Town Hall Craft & Produce Market on Saturday 27th June.

Lots coming up, so I better go and get those cupboards stocked up with ingredients again and make a start on the week's prep!!

My last event of Mad May!!

Sorry I have been so quiet again. The heat in the kitchen is exhausting! (Thank heavens for the storm last night to cool things down a bit!)

Off to Local to Ludlow Produce Market shortly.

Find me opposite the assembly rooms 9am-2pm.

I'm back in Bridgnorth on Sunday 7th June, when the Bridgnorth Arts Trail will be in full swing.

Currently chilling (with a glass of vino) supporting my friends Rupert Doley & Sarah Jane Ofelia Rose gigging at the 3 Stirrups in Brewood.

Triple Layer Chocolate & Salted Caramel Birthday Cake.

Layers of my signature chocolate sponge, sandwiched with salted caramel buttercream and chocolate ganache 'puddles', topped with chocolate brownie pieces!
