Nina's Old World Foods Premium Italian Specialties How Nina’s Got Started... When Nina (my Grandma) came over “from the other side” she brought with her the world culture and FOOD!

Fod made with fresh ingredients, no preservatives and made by hand. My favorite was her pickled eggplant. Anything Nina made was great, but Nina’s eggplant on a sandwich, with her antipasto or just with some good bread was the best. Not wanting to lose this part of my heritage I learned how to make “The Eggplant.” I thought there must be others just like me who have had this amazingly great delica

cy or would love it if they had the opportunity to try it. So in tribute to Nina I decided to start Nina’s Old World Foods and bring her eggplant to you. We make it just like Nina did - with care- by hand. We add no preservatives and use only natural ingredients. So as Nina always said, “Antoni, Mangia!”
