For the past few years, we have been growing some of our own food at home. Thus, Grow Happy Farms was born.

Grow Happy Farms offers healthy, fresh, locally grown gourmet microgreens and mushrooms directly to individuals through its home delivery program and the Nash County, NC Farmers' Market. Our Mission

Our farm’s mission is to cultivate fresh, high quality mushrooms and microgreens for our customers and to raise awareness of the many benefits of these marvelous fungi and greens. Our products are fre

sh, and you can definitely taste the difference in locally grown food that is eaten the same day that it is harvested! As we grew more and more crops, we realized how much we enjoy farming and how much better eating fresh, healthy food makes us feel. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to start growing food for other people as well. We wanted others to grow healthier by eating fresh, healthy food too. Yes, we really do love to farm! Growing microgreens and mushrooms on our small farm makes us happy. There is something to be said about planting a seed and watching it grow. It gives us a strong sense of satisfaction and teaches us patience and the value of hard work. There is a great deal of happiness to be found in farming. Not only does the labor of farming itself make us happy, but the crops we grow make us feel better too. Our crops have many incredible health benefits that can vastly improve our overall health. As we eat healthier, we have more energy and improve our overall well-being.
