Foul with pickled vegetables, tahini sauce and barbari bread

Welcome to this weeks Folkkök! This time we will have a middle eastern Foul (a hearty bean soup) with Barbari bread and pickled vegetables topped with onion, parsley and a kick-ass tahini sauce!
Due to popular demand we will once again serve Bougtsa for dessert (puff pastry semolina cake), which will be accompanied with berries.
It’s something you really don’t want to miss!

So please come and dine with us and enjoy delicious vegan food,
we open at 14:00 on Sunday as usual!

A start up meeting for Folkkök is taking place at Klossen this Sunday, January the 12th at 12 o'clock!
