This girl is a hot mess.
Laurel is a really sweet doe though.
She will be bred in October …. Can’t wait to see her udder and her kids. Hope her kids don’t like climbing on stuff the way she does.

I forgot to mention that Freya helped with the blood test. I drew the blood and wrote the names on the test. She added the blood and reagent to the tests. She helped get the goats on the stand also for me to be able to draw their blood without assistance.

Will test more after I order more pregnancy tests (I thought I had another box).

Have a student that draws exceptionally well. I asked if she could draw goats and she said yes.
And apparently she can.

This is JC’s Talon. She is really the best goat. She comes when you call her name and runs and jumps on milk stand. Perfect milk stand manners.
Like tonight. I milked her completely out and then realized I never gave her grain ration while on the stand. She just stood there. Like a good girl.
So now she got her grain. After the fact but… is still content.

I just got a potential spam invite in my email. I screenshot and texted the person who it was supposedly from. And I was correct. It was spam. And I reported it.
If anyone gets an email from me with an invite message me before opening it so I can confirm or deny its legality.

And for the record, i would not send an invite from my farm email.

If you get an email from anyone with some sort of party invite make sure before you open it… it could be a disaster in the making.

Ma’adim’s dam Cherry earned her VMCH in this last virtual show!! She is now a virtual master champion!!!
I am soooo excited to have her genetics here on the farm!!!!

I updated Ma’adim’s page to reflect his dams current status.

He is one of my favorite bucks and is on the breeding list a LOT this season. I already have a doe out of him (Sarkoja) who I am absolutely in love with (he bred her dam at barely 6 mos old!). We plan to keep a few doelings out of him. His dam and sire are just phenomenal and we count ourselves lucky to have him in our herd!

1st place in ring 1 & 2, 2nd place in ring 3. Judges choice for Junior Grand Champion twice and reserve in last ring) This buck is STELLAR!!!

Lady is confirmed bred by Bingo!! More babies end of November. These babies will be F1 mini Nubians (lady is standard Nubian). We will likely retain all does and any bucks will be wethered.
