These are just a few items that went out for delivery this morning!! 🤤

So far, our first week back was really amazing. You guys showed up for us ❤️

We delivered:

1/2 dozen sourdough Dutch chocolate brownies
1/2 dozen sourdough chocolate chip cookies
1 regular pack of sourdough blueberry bagels
1 sourdough garlic butter pull apart bread
1 4-pack of sourdough blueberry lemon scones
1 4-pack of sourdough browned butter vanilla bean scones
1 dozen soft pretzels! (Not pictured)

We love each and every one of you guys, so thank you for allowing me in your homes! 💕

Orders for next weekend are now open. Delivery will be scheduled for Sunday, May 24th!

I have been working on this for SO LONG.

I procrastinated. I went down the rabbit hole of how-to, ingredients, best type of beans, grade, how to make this while also providing longevity, etc. And I’m finally ready to start offering it 🥹🥹🥹

Hand crafted vanilla bean paste!!

Vanilla is one my all time favorite flavor profiles, and pastes far outweigh extracts in terms of flavor payoff and aesthetics in baking.

Each one of these 4 oz jars is packed with beautiful vanilla caviar (the seeds!) and so much flavor. These jars are also returnable, and will come with a $2 credit towards your next purchase with me! 🫶🏻

Aaaaaaaaaand that’s a wrap!! ❤️

Another sold out market. Short of a few pancake mixes, you guys showed up and showed out for us once again and I couldn’t be more grateful.

We couldn’t do this without every single one of ya’ll who chooses to buy my breads, and it is an HONOR every time. We love ya’ll and our community!

My base sourdough recipe, Aleppo pepper, fresh jalapeños, & extra sharp cheddar!

85-90% hydration. I was a little worried.
But she turned out beautiful! 😏

I don’t think I’ll change my base recipe for my loaves, but this was a fun experiment.

It feels so good to be back in the saddle 🤠

With that being said…

I wanted to get some feedback from everyone. I know I took a hiatus because life got busy (hello full time working career!), but I have been debating about opening back up direct orders for my breads. Now that I have my feet under me with my day job, and I’ve scaled back on how many REKO’s and markets I am doing, it feels much more achievable to get back to doing what I love.

Is that something you guys would be interested in? Why or why not? Let me know, while also admiring the crumb on this loaf I baked up last night!

Shooting my shot to get back in the game, and (hopefully) stay in the game! 🫶🏻
