Made of Red Velvet Cake frosted with Black cream cheese buttercream filled with cream cheese chocolate bits and topped with 2 hearts macarons and black sprinkles! 🖤 🎂

Milan's Cake Creations!
Mermaid Cake is made of Dark Chocolate Fudge filled with Biscoff cookies, covered with milk chocolate ganache, and frosted with Swiss Meringue buttercream, and decorated with wafer sails and edible fondant (MMF) and white chocolate ganache drippings and crushed biscoff cookies for the sand.

My version of Snoopy and the Red Baron Cake.
I had so much fun making this tall 10" cake with 2- 2" layered Dark Chocolate and 2- 2" Triple chocolate fudge Cake filled with semi-sweet chocolate ganache, Chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, and bits of milk chocolate. And for the final frosting I used Vanilla SMBC and colored it with a sky blue and yellow edible food colors. This frosting is not too sweet it complements the chocolatey taste of the cake. I would say that the bitter taste of dark and triple choco fudge chocolate cake and the not-too-sweet SMBC frosting is very forgiving and will satisfy your sweet tooth it equals a decadent dessert!
The Snoopy and the Red Baron cake topper, all the printed characters, ribbon and name of the celebrant and the clouds are all edible marshmallow fondant. There are many ways to form cake toppers, E.g. fondant with tylose or gumpaste or by using styro foam but on this cake I used rice krispies to form the Red Baron and covered it with marshmallow fondant.
To my client's son - have fun chasing the Red Baron and Happy 8th birthday, Anton! 🎉🎈🎂

Biscoff Mocha Double Barrel Cake filled with Biscoff cookies and Mocha Swiss meringue buttercream, dripped with white chocolate ganache and decorated with rustic texture of pink SMBC. I made all the Cake Sails and Pastel Flower toppers overnight to harden and it is made of edible rice paper and edible pastel colors of lavender, mint green and pink painted with edible metallic gold and added some macarons, too! This cake is not too sweet just right and moist and Fancy!

And here's the final product ~ Chocolate Espresso Crunch Cake!🎂🍫☕
This cake is made of 4 layered DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE with CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO GANACHE drippings and frosted with COFFEE SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM top with HONEYCOMB TOFFEE and bits of Chocolate Caramel with Seasalt.
In my humble opinion, it is heaven to my palate! All the creaminess, richness and moistness of this cake, it is a chocolate time bomb ready to explode its flavor! I made this cake for my hubby and for our two friends who is also in their golden age, celebrated their birthdays all together, hence the 5 & 0 number candle on the 🎂.
