As a young mom, I didn’t know any better. That Johnson and Johnson pink baby lotion was my favorite and I slathered that stuff all over my beautiful, innocent babies. Why is this ok? Why do we have to do this research ourselves? Why can’t we count on the big companies to do the right thing!?
Everyday I wish I would have started my journey with cleaner products years and years ago, but I have now, and I hope these articles make you think more about what you’re using in, on, and around your body too!

I don’t have all the answers, but would love to help anyone who’s interested in starting this journey too! It isn’t as difficult with the right resources and support system.

For all of you like me that never noticed or cared before….its not too late to make changes now!
