Cooking With a Pinch of Love A celebration of good food and childhood memories in and around a warm kitchen! Adding love to each I have had a connection to Mexico all my life.

My dad was a rancher in Hemet, California, and he employed so many amigos over the years. I grew up on an olive ranch with these wonderful, peaceful loving friends and intensely loyal people. Every weekend a fiesta broke out filled with Mexican food using wonderful spices. I enjoyed helping prepare these feasts and learned how to use fresh spices, ground and blended instead of processed food. Thes

e experiences are the inspiration for my business. I have ventured out to try different foods from around the world as I have had the chance to travel. Try using spices and fresh produce instead of bottled ingredients to cook with. It is better for you, you will feel healthier and it is a lot more fun. I encourage my fans to post recipes to share with others. There is nothing better than using a pinch of love to cook with!
