One for all the crab lovers! This Fijian style crab curry is so reminiscent of the coconut milk based fish curries from Kerala. Usually made using mud crabs but I have used blue swimmers as it's more easily available here.

Make sure to break down the crab so that the flavour from the spices, aromatics and sweet coconut milk gets into every crevice. And must be enjoyed with hot rice.

Satisfy your curry cravings with this delicious Lamb Meatball Curry!

While you can use store bought meatballs, it's best to make these from scratch as there's so much more flavour. You could also make these meatballs in bulk to be frozen and enjoyed as a snack or use it for the next spaghetti dinner.

Pair with some hot buttered naan and a refreshing cucumber raita for a satisfying dinner.

HOFBRÄUHAUS.....one of our favourite places for German cuisine in the city. Popped in for a small meal of Käseschnitzel (Fried crumbed Austrian cheese served with cucumber herb salad, lingonberry sauce), Chilli Käsekrainer (slightly smoked spicy chilli cheese kransky, mash potato, sauerkraut, mustard, gherkins) washed down with a glass of Bavarian bier.
