Crockpot Swiss Steak Recipe 🥩
This Crockpot Swiss Steak recipe is the epitome of comfort food. Tender steak simmered with bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes creates a hearty and flavorful dish that's perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends. Let your slow cooker do the work while you enjoy the delicious aroma filling your kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds round steaks or cube steak, cut into serving-size pieces
- 2 bell peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 28 ounces canned whole tomatoes
- 0.87 ounce brown gravy mix
Directions:
1. Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
2. On a plate, combine the flour and Montreal steak seasoning. Mix well.
3. Press each piece of steak into the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly. Shake off any excess flour and discard the remaining flour mixture.
4. Place the coated steak pieces in the crockpot.
5. Top the steak with the sliced onions and bell peppers.
6. Pour the canned whole tomatoes over the steak and vegetables.
7. Sprinkle the brown gravy mix evenly over everything in the crockpot.
8. Cover the crockpot with its lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 6-8 hours, until the steak is tender and fully cooked.
9. Once done, serve the Swiss steak hot, spooning the flavorful tomato gravy over each serving.

Cooking Time: 8 hours on low, 6 hours on high

🍫🥃 Creamy Mudslide Cocktail 🍫🥃

Ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
1 oz Irish cream liqueur (Baileys)
1 oz heavy cream (or milk)
Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
Ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional garnish)
Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional garnish)

Instructions:
Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a chilled rocks glass or hurricane glass for an extra indulgent presentation.

In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, heavy cream, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.

Strain the drink into your prepared glass filled with ice.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings or cocoa powder on top for an extra touch of decadence.

For a frozen version, blend the ingredients with ice to create a creamy, boozy milkshake. You can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.

Loaded Cheesy Pocket Tacos

Delicious and Cheesy Tacos with a Flavorful Beef Filling

Ingredients:

- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup salsa
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 12 6-inch tortillas

Directions:

1. Crumble the ground beef into a skillet and cook thoroughly.
2. Drain the grease from the skillet.
3. Add in the packet of Taco seasoning mix, following the directions on the package.
4. In a medium-sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
5. Add in the cup of salsa and blend well.
6. While holding a tortilla, place a spoonful of cheese mix in the center of the tortilla.
7. Place a spoonful of taco-flavored beef to cover the salsa and cheese mix.
8. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
9. Fold the tortilla and filling as you would with a burrito.
10. Lightly spray a baking tray.
11. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
12. Place rolled tortilla onto the greased tray.
13. Brush the tops of the tortilla with melted butter.
14. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.

Caramelized Bacon and Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:


1 lb chicken tenders
6 strips bacon, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:


Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chopped bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
Coat the chicken tenders with the brown sugar glaze and sprinkle with cooked bacon bits.
Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
