I threw out every nonstick pan in my house this year.

Most nonstick coatings contain PFAS — "forever chemicals" the EPA flagged as health risks. Above 500°F they release into your food.

Carbon steel: pure iron, zero coating, builds its own nonstick from use. Same pan French creperies have used since 1826.
