You choose the cuts for whole and half share, and we choose the cuts for quarter share. Beef will be available for pick up in about 3-4 weeks. Our beef shares are open for reservation. Our steers are pasture-raised with rotational grazing and finished with non-GMO local grain. We offer quarter, half, or whole beef shares.
