I got some kinako powder awhile ago and I've been so excited to use it! The roasted soy bean powder has a nutty flavor that I figured would pair well with chai spices and toasted walnuts. To mimic the flavors of the kinako cheese foam milk tea I've had from my local boba shop, I topped each scone with a cream cheese glaze! This was such a delicious recipe! Plus, it's super dupes easy.

When I first started decorating cakes, I wish I'd known that getting sharp edge on a cake require more than a thin coat of frosting and a good bit of patience. But also, acrylic cake discs make it a breeze! This is the same cake, just three years apart 😁

Don't freak out if your macaron shells turn out just a little lopsided. Can you even tell that these were the wonky ones from a batch of macs? If it's just a tiny bit lopsided, you can still bet that they will taste perfect!
